Can someone tell me where the historical payroll get posted

Welcome to Community!  It's important that you're able to enter historical payroll tax payments with peace of mind.  I'd be glad to provide more information so you're on the right track with your work!

Although you can record historical payroll tax payments for periods before using QuickBooks Online Payroll, these payments won't post to the Chart of Accounts.  In this case, you'd need to create an expense or cheque to record the payment to your tax liability/expense accounts.  Here's a helpful guide for your reference.
