Can't change employee's direct deposit info

Hello,

 

I need to update an employee's direct deposit information but I an unable to do it ... the whole page appears blank:

I need to fix this urgently... any tips would be appreciated

Based on the details you've provided above, I suspect this may be a browser-related issue that's causing the issue. Clearing cache and cookies helps with fixing most browser issues. You can do this by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies.

I have tried everything. Using a different browser, going incognito, clearing cache, deleting cookies... nothing works. Called the help line and I was told they have no idea what is happening and therefore can't fix it. In the meantime, I can't pay this employee through the system i am paying big bucks to use.

 

I am giving up on Quickbooks... Canceling subscription in a couple of months and switching to a different system... way too many issues, way too buggy. Too bad...

Thanks for getting back to me. I'd like to make sure I'm on the same page as you. When you reached out via phone, were you provided a reason why the issue couldn't be fixed?
