Can the accountant of a QBO turn off email notifications for payroll, or is it only the admin? If they can be turned off, how? Thank

As the accountant of a QBO client, I keep receiving payroll payout email notifications and would like to put a stop to it. Wondering if, as the accountant, do I have the function to remove those notification, or do I need to ask the Admin.

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community where all our members get together to ask questions and help one another out. Setting up your QuickBooks Online account to give you only the notifications that you need is a great way to help you save time and effort. I'd be happy to point you in the right direction for this.

 

In order to get these notifications turned off you'll need to reach out to our support team so they can disable them for you. To get in touch with them you can use one of the following methods: 

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
