Can the WSBC amount be calculated with deducting percentage entered by us on Gross payroll amount because Quickbooks online is seeming to take some other amount?

Welcome to QuickBooks Community!  QuickBooks Online Payroll automatically calculates deductions and contributions based on government guidelines.  It's important to ensure the correct amounts are applied when running payroll.  I'd be glad to help!

An important factor to note, is the employee set up.  If you need to edit an employee's information, click here.  For corrections on employee pay cheques, I recommend contacting us outside of Community, so we can work with you directly and make the necessary adjustments as soon as possible.
