Can you delete different pay rates for employees?

Hi tmasonn01!

 

You can't delete your employees' pay types, but you can un-select them from their Pay information. I'm happy to show you how.

  1. Go to the Employees and click the name of the employee.
  2. Click the Pencil icon beside Pay.
  3. Click the Pencil icon in section 3.
  4. Un-check the pay types that you won't need.
  5. Click Done.

The pay types that you've used before will remain in your employees' paycheques.
