Can you have a Payroll ONLY user?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Online community family! Knowing which user types you can add as well as their levels of access is essential when setting up your users. I'll be happy to share more on this.

 

QuickBooks Online enables you to add various types of users such as: 

  • Company admin

  • Standard user

  • Time tracking only user

  • Reports only user (only available in QuickBooks Online Plus)

  • Take payments only user (if you have GoPayment)
