Hello,

Running payroll with QuickBooks Online is the best way to incorporate all aspects of your accounting in one place. It's great to hear that you've decided to take advantage of this great option! I'd be happy to walk you through some troubleshooting steps if you're noticing that certain information isn't saving for your payroll.

It sounds like you may be experiencing a browser-related issue. Try clearing the cache and cookies to give your browser a reset. Stored Internet files build up over time as you browse, and they can cause bugs and other issues with sites like QuickBooks Online. Here's a list of steps explaining how to clear the cache and cookies based on your browser: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.

If the issue persists, try using an Incognito window in Google Chrome. This is a private window that runs separately from the rest of your browser, and it doesn't store cache and cookies the same way a regular browser would. Here's how to use it: Browse in private

You can also try using a different browser all together.

If you're still running into issues, there may be something causing this on the back-end, and I'd like our agents to take a closer look into this for you. I'd suggest reaching out to our tech support team directly, and I'm confident an agent can sort this out for you.

I hope this helps.

Have a wonderful day.
