Changing Payroll Expense to Payroll Liabilities??

When paying Source Deductions Ive been using Payroll Expenses, but need to change them all to Payroll Liabilities... How would i go back and change them?

It's vital that all your transactions are correctly entered for your books to be well balanced. QuickBooks Desktop Payroll is a great tool able to help you pay your employees for the hours they've worked. I can point you in the right direction for assistance in modifying these payments.

 

In order to modify the accounts which are affected by the source deduction payments, I recommend speaking to the QuickBooks Desktop support team. They'll be able to provide assistance in changing this for future payments, as well as how to best change the prior payments so that your books can be accurately represented.
