Client set up the Primary Work Location for payroll incorrectly and that's how it shows on the paystubs. Is there a way to change it?

Thanks for reaching out! Having the correct information displayed on your paystubs ensures accuracy across your books. QuickBooks Online Payroll gives you the flexibility to edit your payroll details when necessary. I'll be happy to point you in the right direction with this.

 

While you can set-up multiple work locations in your payroll account, you need direct assistance with an agent to change the default primary work location. For that matter, I encourage you to reach out to our tech support team so we can help you get back on track. Here's how to get in touch.
