Hello trudyg1,

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I know that with the new fields available for T4s to account for pay periods near the beginning of the pandemic, it's more important than ever to ensure that your T4s are meeting the CRA requirements. I want to make sure you're able to file your T4s and move on with your tax preparation during this busy time of the year.

The first thing I recommend in this situation is trying to learn from the CRA what's not meeting their specifications with your submission. QuickBooks Online Payroll is designed based on CRA regulations, so knowing more about what they feel isn't right with your forms will help us identify if there's been an error in the program.

Once you have the details from the CRA, feel free to contact QuickBooks Online support to discuss your situation and give us the opportunity to review your T4s with you to ensure they're correct. Our goal is to get you back on track with your books, so don't hesitate to let us know how we can help.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Social MediaFacebookTwitter, and Instagram.
Support hours are from Monday to Friday between 9a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
