Question

Currently our all payroll liabilities go to payroll liability account in the Trial Balance. I need to separate the liabilities into CPP, EI and Income Tax. I know how to create separate payroll items for each one of these. My question is how can I up

Currently all our payroll liabilities go to the payroll liability account in the Trial Balance. I need to separate the liabilities into CPP, EI and Income Tax. I know how to create separate payroll items for each one of these. My question is how can I update the employee profile ?

You can edit the employee by following these steps;

 

1. Select Employees, then Employee Center

2. Double-click the employee name you want to edit.

  • If you don’t see your employee, change the filter on the employee list.  Above the employee list select the dropdown ▼ and choose All Employees, Active Employees, or Released Employees.

3. Make the necessary changes in the Payroll info section

4. Select OK
