Question

We can locate the transaction by generating the Transaction List by Customer report, Ugo2. Allow me to show you how.

In the report, we can see the Time Charge and the associated Invoice transaction. Here's how:

  1. Go to Report.
  2. Select Transaction List by Customer.
  3. From the report's page, filter the Transaction Type to Invoices and Time Charge to see the invoices link to the time charges.

  4. To verify the information, you can click on the invoice transaction to verify the linked transactions.

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to respond.

However, it's not responding to the question.

I would like to have a report that lists the time charged, and the invoice where they have been invoiced to a customer.

Here's my problem.

For a specific client, when I access the time that was spent on the client, I see multiple hours, that are billable, for that client.

I can access to that information through the Transaction List by Customer report, of by going in the Customer itself.

However, some of the hours are marked as already "Converted" (invoiced).
These hours don't show up in the unfilled hours report, which is consistent with the "Converted" status.
However, I can't find where they have been invoiced.
I don't see any invoice with those hours.

I'm very surprised that when you client a Time Charge, and it tells you that this has been added to an invoice, but it won't tell you WHICH invoice. That's kind of crazy that such a basic feature doesn't exist?

In the end, what I'm looking for, is pretty simple.

I would like a report where I can see all Time Charge, ideally be able to sort them by Customer and Date, and then have a column that shows me which INVOICE it has been added to.

Thank you.
