Date range for employees payroll does not open up to select period. Shows arrow only and does not open when clicked.

Making sure you can select the correct payroll date range is  important with getting your employees paid correctly. I can help you with troubleshooting this issue.

Since QuickBooks Online is a web based program cache and cookies are the usual cause for this. Browser cache and cookies are used to make your internet run faster by saving historical information and preferences. They sometimes cause issues as they can become outdated or damaged. You'll need to clear them by following the steps in this link.
