Direct deposit pending

I registered for QuickBooks online payroll Canada. Everything was good until bank account was verified. Once verification was complete i went to run payroll but employees payment method is shown as Paper Cheque. When i went change to Direct Deposit. The option is not highlighted

Thanks for reaching out to us here. QuickBooks Online Payroll is a great tool that allows you to pay your employees the correct amount of hours worked. Being able to pay your employees the desired method without running into any issues is important. I can point you in the right direction for the best assistance possible.

They'll be able to verify your account details in a secure setting, as well as view your screen. They also have the appropriate tools to create a ticket to get this resolved if they feel it is the best course of action. You can reach them by following one of these methods: 

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
