Setting up your payroll to pay your employees directly can help you save time and I'd be happy to point you in the right direction.
QuickBooks Desktop makes calculating and running your payroll easy by doing the calculations for you. At this time the only method of payment through QuickBooks Desktop would be using cheques. If you wish to pay your employees using direct deposit I recommend looking for a third party app to help you with this such as Telpay. You can go to our app page to find one that will best support your needs but make sure you verify if it's available in Canada as the site has apps for both Canadian and American versions.
