Do not understand why my work nofifications will not show up on my phone and I have the notification turned on

Thanks for checking to make sure your notifications are turned on on your phone. Usually, when this happens, I recommend turning the phone off then on again to refresh it. Doing this helps fix most minor issues the phone may be having. Is this happening with all notifications or just specific ones?
