Does anyone else notice QB deducting an incorrect amount of income tax on pay runs?

QB is randomly deducting incorrect deduction amounts for various employees. How can I align the deductions with the CRA Payroll Calculator to prevent this issue?

It's nice to see you in Community.  Welcome back!  QuickBooks Online Payroll calculates the deductions and company contributions based on government guidelines.  In your situation, I suggest contacting us outside of Community.  It would be our pleasure to work with you directly and ensure a positive outcome on your payroll submissions. 

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
