Question

Does anyone have any payroll processing issues? I made payroll adjustments to autopayroll (reduced/added hours) and the payroll did not reflect any of the saved changes.

Hi there annie13,

 

It's vital that all your payroll information be entered correctly so that your pay runs can be accurate. QuickBooks Online Payroll is a great tool able to help you pay your employees based on the hours they've worked. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with this payroll.

 

If you made an adjustment to the payroll prior to it being processed automatically processed and the change was not reflected in the Payroll run, you'd need to reach out to the support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view the pay run in the system to see why it didn't reflect the change. You can reach them using these steps:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
