Does anyone know how to connect BMO Mastercard in QBO?

My client got a new Mastercard and now is having trouble with the connection process, what is the difference between Customer ID & User ID  on the Sign in to account page?

I'd like to determine if the trouble your client is having is browser-related as it can fixed by clearing cache and cookies. Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently. Here's an article that shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window to see if that works instead. Try this out and let me know what happens.

 

For reference here's an article that shows you how to: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online. The login info for your bank is provided by your bank. I'd recommend contacting them to learn more about your bank login credentials so you can connect your bank to QuickBooks with ease.
