Does anyone know how we can add the employer portion of RRSP and the taxable portion of Health benefits to the employee T4?

RRSP and Employer-paid health benefits are paid out of the bank as a lump sum from the bank reconciliation and already recorded. But not assigned to individuals when paid out of the bank account.
