Don't know why there's no payroll record for the period Jan 2020 to August 2020, anyone can help ? Thanks !

Being able to pull up your prior payroll history quickly is one of the things that QuickBooks Online does to help you save time and effort. I'd be happy to help you get your previous payroll information showing for January 2020 to August 2020.

If you were able to see this information before but are unable to see it now could be due to your internet browser. This can be caused by your cache and cookies being damaged or corrupt which can be fixed by clearing your history using the steps in this article. Once done you'll need to close your browser and open QuickBooks Online in a private browser such as Google Chromes incognito mode.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
