employee deductions

Trying to process employee deductions payment and keep getting the message that "we hit a snag".  Error code is 1667-6583-25109-fci_p.  Need to get this done is next 4 days.  Any suggestions?  I'm working through Accountant access on microsoft edge.

If you haven't done so already, I suggest clearing cache on your browser.  I also recommend trying other browsers such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Private or Incognito.  If you get the same result, please contact us, so we can work with you outside of Community and look further into this unexpected behavior from our end.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
