Employee not getting email to view paystub and email registered is correct

Welcome to Community!  Inviting your employees to Workforce, provides them with quick access to their paystubs and T4 slips.  It's essential that they receive the email notifications, so they can view their payroll forms as they become available.  I would be glad to provide some insight here!

 

When you invite your staff to QuickBooks Workforce, it's important to send the invitation to an email address that isn't associated with any other QuickBooks product, or previous Workforce account.  Once the invitation is sent, the employee will receive an email with a link to set up and use QuickBooks Workforce. They will complete the account set up, and add their personal information, so they can view their pay stubs, T4s, and RL-1s.  Please note that the invitation is only valid for 30-days. If the employee doesn't accept it within 30-days, you'll need to send a new invitation.
