Employees is having difficulties viewing their paystub.

Welcome back to the Community. QuickBooks is an easy-to-use program which allows you to seamlessly manage your employees. I'd be happy to assist you so you can get back to doing what you enjoy. 

 

First, I'd like to start off by doing some troubleshooting to determine if this isn't a browser related issue. When was the last time your employees cleared cache and cookies on their browsers? Doing this will help fix most issues the site may be having. Here's an article which shows you how to do that: How to clear Cache and Cookies. Have them try this on their end.
