Every time I click on employees it says something went wrong

The employees tab is the best place to manage your payroll, and it gives you a clear overview of everyone who works for you. QuickBooks Online includes many great features to simplify payroll into a stress-free experience. From what you've described, it's possible this issue is related to your browser data. If so, it can be resolved by following the steps in this article: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online
