Has anyone had to reverse a bonus payment through the QBO payroll? I need to reverse one of the payments since the client wants it paid out as a dividend instead.

Sometimes mistakes happen and payroll paycheques need to be reversed to keep your accounts accurate. I'd be happy to point you in the right direction to get this resolved.

In order to have a payroll reversed you'd need to contact our support team so they can make a pay edit to your account. You can reach out to our support team by using one of the following methods:

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
