Question

Haven't been able to run payroll, missed mid month, now cant run the month end. Worked with the trial, but the paid one has never worked.What should I do to fix this?

You'll have to contact our Payroll Support. And rest assured that you'll get your payroll fixed.

They have the tools and resources needed to record your missed payroll period.

 

Here are the steps to reach us:

  1. Click (?) Help.
  2. Click Contact us at the bottom.
  3. In the What can we help you with? field, enter your concern.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Click Get a callback or Start messaging.
