Hello, I just subscribed for 5 dollars for 3 months, but got charged 20 pluse dollars, why is that?

Based on the information you've provided, the difference in the pricing would be impacted if you've selected to add Payroll at the time of signing up.  QuickBooks Online Payroll is $20 per month + $4 per employee on a monthly basis.  I suggest taking a look at your billing and subscription section of your account to confirm this is the reason for the unexpected amount applied to your payment method.  Here's how:

1. In the top right of your QuickBooks dashboard, open Settings ⚙
2. Choose Account and settings

3. Select Billing and subscription from the left menu

Review your active QuickBooks subscription details here.
