Hello!Where can I download the T4s from,for terminated employees? I did not find them in the same location as the Active Employees

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. Its' important you're able to download the T4s for terminated employees. QuickBooks is an easy-to-navigate program and I'll be happy to show you how to download the T4s. 

It's important to note  in order for your employee to receive/access T4s they would have to be active on the account. You can make an employee active again on your end by following the steps here: 

1. Select the Payroll and navigate the employees screen.
2. Select Include inactive.
3. Click on the employee in question and select Make active.

 Here's an article with more helpful info: Add, edit, or inactivate an employee. From here you can create and send the employee's T4. After doing this you can make the employee active again using the steps provided in the article highlighted in the previous sentence.
