Help??? I have a client who is running payroll and in the midst of it chose "save for later". They went in to resume and the buttons for resuming is missing.

There has been a known issue with payroll recently that has been causing many different issues. To see if this is the case with you, there are a few browser troubleshooting steps we can try. First we'd need to clear the cache and cookies of your internet browser. You can follow the steps in this article on how to do so. Next we would need to try in an incognito or private browser depending on which you are using. Finally if you could try a different internet browser and see if the issue continues.
