Hi allI can't connect my bank account for payroll use. The app answering as follow:We can't connect your bank account. There are several possible reasons for this.

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  Receiving this type of message, when setting up your QuickBooks Online Payroll, can be concerning.  When this happens, the best course of action is to contact us outside of Community, so you can speak directly with a QuickBooks Online Payroll specialist.  They will be able review this in more depth from their end, and ensure you're on the right track with setting up your payroll in a timely fashion.
