Hi!I am having trouble with QBO payroll which it will not automatically send the paystubs to employee's registered email automatically. No preference settings present.

I have read this somewhere that I need to turn on something in the preference settings but I can't find preference settings at all. There is no option in the Payroll settings also to let me automatically send the paystubs to employees once payroll run has been finalized. 

This was working before but not anymore. 

I really need this since we are not allowed to directly communicate with the employees just to send the paystubs. 

Any help is appreciated!

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online enables you to provide your staff with quick access to their paystubs and T4 slips.  I would be glad to provide some insight here!

Inviting your staff to QuickBooks Workforce through QuickBooks Online Payroll, allows them to view and print their pay stubs and T4s or RL-1s. Please be advised that it's important to send the invitation to an email address that isn't associated with any other QuickBooks product, or previous Workforce account.  If you've given the employee access to your QuickBooks Online account, as a Time tracking user only, they must provide, and use an alternate email for Workforce.

Once the invitation is sent, the employee will receive an email with a link to set up and use QuickBooks Workforce. They will need to complete the account set up, and add their personal information, so they can view their pay stubs, T4s, and RL-1s.
