Hi, This is Kaywood Parsons. I am still waiting for my verification deposit in my account so I can pay my employees. this has gone on for way too long!

Hi Kaywood,

 

Being able to get your payroll set up to pay your employees is paramount. I know it can sometimes be a long process but I'd be happy to point you in the right direction to get this resolved.

 

When setting up direct deposit for the first time it can take up to three business days for the system to verify the test transaction. If it's been over three business days and you haven't heard back regarding your direct deposit set up you can follow the steps in this article to re-trigger it incase there was an issue. If you try that and you still don't hear back I suggest reaching out to our support team as they have tools to see what may be causing this. You can reach them using one of the following options.

 

Schedule a Callback or Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat. Support is available from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
