Welcome to Community!  Having same day direct deposit would be a great time saver and ensure your books are always up to date.  I'll be happy to provide more information here!

QuickBooks Online Payroll provides the option to pay your staff with direct deposit.  The processing timeline is two business days.  However, when it comes to same day direct deposit, I suggest having a look at a third party app, as this isn't something currently available in QuickBooks Online.  However, you could pay your team by e-transfer as an alternative, if you'd like to pay them immediately.
