Question

How can I change an employee of terminated to active. I will do it and it says active and then when I go to pay he is not on the list and when I go back it says inactive

after I save as active it goes back to inactive

Welcome to Community!  It's important that you're able to successfully activate your employees in QuickBooks Online.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

If you haven't done so already, I recommend clearing cache on your browser.  In addition, I recommend trying other browsers such as Firefox, Edge, Google Chrome, Safar, or a private/incognito window, to see if you get the same result.
