How can I contact QB for a question without character limits? This is ridiculous. I can't ask the question if I'm limited on characters... without full info. How?

Hi there, 


Getting the help you need with your QuickBooks Online account is so important. We're here to have your back and provide a few different support channels where you can ask your questions. I'll explain the character limits here on the Community.

 

When starting a discussion in the Community, you'll enter a Title/Header for your question. This header section has a character limit of 265 items. While this section is limited, the "Body" of your message has unlimited characters for you to explain your question. You're even able to attach files like screenshots if you need to show us a visual to better explain what's happening.
