The Payroll module in QuickBooks Online is a great tools to easily perform accurate payroll. I'd be happy to help you with the process of creating a vacation paycheck for your employee.

 

To create a single vacation paycheck in QuickBooks Online Canada, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Payroll menu and select Employees.
  2. Select the employee for whom you want to create the paycheque.
  3. Click on Create (+) and select Paycheque.
  4. Enter the Pay Period and Pay Date.
  5. Under Earnings, select Vacation Pay-Accrual
  6. Enter the amount of vacation pay to be paid out.
  7. Click on Preview Paycheque to review the details.
  8. If everything looks good, click on Submit Paycheque to finalize the paycheque.
