How can i delete a paycheck?

Hi assemblyoftext!

 

I'll be happy to walk you through deleting a paycheck in QuickBooks.

 

Please note that this process is irreversible, and you can only delete the latest paycheck of an employee. Before you start, please be sure to check the article about deleting paycheck and read the Warning section.

  1. From the left menu, select Employees.

  2. Under the Run payroll button, select Pay cheque list.
  3. Select the cheque to delete and click Delete.
  4. When prompted to confirm the action, select Yes or No.

The only option I have is the word "Print".  This employee was written three checks at the same time on the wrong account and I have deleted two however the last one will not let me delete.

Hi there. Don't worry, I'll help with deleting the paycheque so you can get back to doing what you enjoy. What happens when you try deleting the cheque using a private/incognito window on your browser? Give this a try and let me know if you're still only seeing the Print option. If so, please send me a full screenshot of that paycheque screen with the URL of the site showing. I'll be on standby.
