Hi bryan-gilbert-ro,

It's awesome that you're making use of the Single time activity and/or Weekly timesheet features in QuickBooks Online! These are great for helping working with payroll data or for billing time to your customers. I know there could be various reasons you might need to make an edit to this kind of entry, and I'd be happy to help you with accomplishing that.

Unlike other transactions in QuickBooks Online, the time activity and timesheets don't get sorted to the sales or expenses tab to access later. There are a couple of ways you can consider to access that activity again to make edits. The first you can consider is using a report from the Reports tab. Reports such as Recent/Edited Time Activities and Time Activities by Employee Detail provide you with a list of time associated to an employee or time activity logged in the software. Once you run those reports, you can click the activity from the report to reopen it and then edit it from there. Keep in mind, in the reports, the time is listed as individual entries, even if you entered a weekly timesheet. Depending on the edits you need to make, this could come in handy.

Another way to access these time details again to edit them is to return to the +New button and select the kind of time entry you'd like to edit. If you're editing a Single time activity, you can see older entries by clicking the clock-shaped icon in the upper left, then choose the entry you'd like. For a Weekly timesheet, make sure to select the name of the person the time is for and then the week from the drop-down menu beside it. That'll repopulate the information you've entered.

That should get you on track with your edits. For your reference, here are some articles about these kinds of entries in QuickBooks Online.

If you have more questions, just let me know in a reply. I hope you enjoy the rest of your day!
