How can I match RRSP and pay the amount to provider in 2022 and include this in employee's T4 for 2021?

I couldn't agree more with @Trish_T here, T4's Taxes, RRSP's AND QBO Payroll all make for a complex solution. Sadly there's no easy fix here & QBO's basic payroll platform wasn't built to post things retroactively or manually edit T4's so the work-around you'd need would take some time/effort.

I'm not even sure we could do it but a Good QBO Advisor/Accountant will be able to help you get the T4's filed correctly even if they have to be manually edited outside QBO.
