How can I pay the employees daily in QB online

Thanks for turning to the Community for support. I'd be happy to provide some information.

At this time, the option to run payroll on a daily basis isn't available in QuickBooks Online. Here are the available options:

• Every week
• Every other week
• Twice a month
• Every month.

I encourage you to review this article for more information about pay schedules.  I can see that being able to run payroll daily would be an option you'd like to see, so I recommend leaving feedback for our developers. Comments are viewed and considered as they create new features and updates in QuickBooks.
