I'm here to make sure you're able to manage and access your account verification settings, @cfoqb-cfoincorpo.

The two-step verification process is an added security feature when accessing your QBO account. It's a setting where you need to verify, using a code sent to your mobile phone or email that you're the one accessing your account every time. To turn this off, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your Intuit account.
  2. From the left menu, select Sign In & Security.
  3. In the Two-step verification section, select Turn off.
  4. Enter the code, then select Continue.

In case you're using a different phone number, you'll first need to update it so you can log in to the account. Once done, you can turn off two-step verification using the steps in this article: Verify your QuickBooks Online account with multi-factor authentication or two-step verification.

Also, to further guide you in managing your QBO account, I'd recommend checking out this article: Account Management. It includes topics about updating billing info, managing your password, and subscription, to name a few.

Keep me updated if you have other concerns about two-step verification and managing user access in QBO. I'm always ready to help. Take care, and I wish you continued success.
