How can I save edited employee details? QBO allows me to edit employee details, but there is no Save option > I can only exist out.

Hi aaron-bromley,

 

Sometimes it's necessary to edit your employee's details so you have the right info on the account. Rest assured, I'll be happy to walk you through the process of editing your employee details. 

 

QuickBooks is a hassle-free program which offers features and tools that help you get ahead with your work. Based on what you've described, it sounds like you've followed the steps below to edit your employee details but you're not getting an option to save. 

  1. Go to Employees or Payroll menu, then select Employees.
  2. Under Action, select Edit.
  3. Edit the information you want to change.
  4. Select Save.

To see the Save option, make sure you're using your browser on full-screen mode. Using a minimized browser screen can prevent you from seeing some options on the site.  If you're already using the full-screen mode, I recommend clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Doing this helps fix most issues the site may be having. You can do this by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies.
