How can i stop the notifications from Payroll direct deposit receipt?

I am getting notifications for each payroll direct deposit on QBO Payroll. I don't wish to receive the same.

Thanks for reaching out here.  QuickBooks Online Payroll ensures you're informed of account activity, especially when money movement occurs, as with payroll direct deposit.  The email you receive, provides a breakdown of which employees have been paid, along with the payroll total.  For this reason, an email address is required.  However, if you're receiving the receipts to additional emails, you can review and edit the email address.  Here's how;

 

1. Open your Settings ⚙ and select Payroll Settings

2. Scroll down to the Contact Info section and hit Edit

3. Make any changes to the email address as you see necessary

4. Hit Save.
