How do I adjust the current period for tax filing?

It's nice to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online provides the options needed, to ensure your sales tax filing are accurately recorded.  I would be glad to assist!

Follow these steps to adjust your filing dates:

1. Open Taxes from the left menu

2. Click on the Sales Tax tab

3. Select Manage Sales tax

4. Locate the agency and, click on Edit Agency Settings

5. Make the necessary changes and hit 

In addition, when you open your Sales tax page and then Filings, you can select Prepare return and change the End date.   For additional information, click here.
