If you're paying your staff with cheque rather than direct deposit, you can delete previous pay cheques by following these steps:

 

1. Open Payroll and then Employees from the left menu

2. Click on Pay cheque list, under Run payroll

3. Select the cheques and choose Delete

4. Hit Yes or No to confirm the action when prompted
