How do I change the account that payroll and taxes come out of? I have multiple business accounts on the program

Thanks for reaching out about your payroll. QuickBooks Online Payroll is a great tool able to help you pay your employees. I can provide some information about editing how payroll affects the books.

To do so, go to the Gear Icon, the Payroll settings, then click on the pencil found all the way to the right beside the Accounting section. You can then select the bank account wanted, then if you want this change to take effect for previous pay runs and payments, scroll down to the Update Transactions section to click on the pencil to the far right to select how far back you'd like to affect. Don't forget to save.
