How do I change the AR account for services? Currently it is going to the wrong one.

Welcome to Community!  Having your transactions categorized to the correct account is essential in keeping your books aligned.  QuickBooks Online makes it easy to get back on track with your work.  I'd be glad to help!

Here's how to change the default account for your service item;

1. Open Settings ⚙ and select Products and Services

2. Locate the service item in the list and hit Edit in the Action column

3. Use the ▼ dropdown menu to select the Income account

Note; You can't associate a product or service with accounts of certain types (such as Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable). If the product or service is something you sell, use an income account. If the the product or service is something you buy, use an expense account.

To move the funds between accounts, you can create a Journal Entry.  However, it's best to reach out to your accountant if you have any questions about this process.  If you don't have an accountant, we can help you locate a ProAdvisor in your local area.
