Question

How do I prevent QBO from creating a new supplier for each payroll tax payment? I'm up to "Receiver General-50".

I've just been using the Taxes Menu -> Payroll Taxes -> Pay Taxes function.  It works seamlessly, and you aren't alerted that it is creating a new supplier, you can only see that if you look under the Suppliers in the Expenses module.
