HOW DO I PUT IN PREVIOUS PAYROLL THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN RAN

It's important you're able to enter your prior payroll details so your books are updated. I'd be happy to share more information on this. 

The ability to enter prior payroll data in QBO is available if you haven't ran payroll. Based on your description, it seems like you've already ran your payroll which means the ability to enter your prior payroll data is unavailable on your end. The good thing is our Payroll Team will be happy to give you a hand with this. They'll be able to check your account and help enter prior payroll details on your behalf.
